Pressure Indicator
To indicate the level of pressure present or absent inside the vessel, the Prestige HA Deluxe Plus Junior Handi is designed with safety pressure indicator.
This Prestige pressure cooker comes with an anti-bulge induction base which can be used safely on both induction stoves and gas cooktops.
Crafted from aluminium and featuring an attractive apple shape, this pressure cooker not only cooks food well but it's also a great addition to your kitchen.
This outer lid pressure cooker works well while using separators and idli stands.
To ensure durability, this pressure cooker comes with a stainless steel weight valve. It releases pressure above 1kg per square cm, which helps save time and make cooking safe.
This pressure cooker comes with a Gasket Release System (GRS) and Gasket release Vent system (GRVS) for enhanced safety. In case there is any blockage of the vent tube, the gasket bulges to release steam through the hole which is at the top.
To ensure durability and ease of use, this pressure cooker comes with double screw handles.
To ensure you know when to open the cooker, it comes with a pressure indicator.

Gets the job done
The capacity is great, so is the hard anodized surface. This feels like a rock in comparison to steel or aluminium pressure cookers (I mean that in a good way).
I was initially set to buy Hawkins Futura but its lack of versatility changed my mind. The build quality and quality of non stick on this is as good as Futura. This is a solid product.
