very economical nd gud
does its job pretty well but nt very strong feel wise .Capacity of 1.7L is more than enough.boils water easily in full capicty.

good Buy
I was looking at a kettle mainly for beverage purpose.. To be exact for making tea and heating water.. It can also be used to make maggi and soups, however I have not tried it.
The good things
1. Really fast and efficient
2. Easy to clean and is big
But as reviews above the main disappointment is the length of the cord. But most kettles have this disadvantage.

Good quality product
I had received a product without power cord. When I contacted flipkart support team they helped and replaced it with a good one which is still working fine.

wonderful product
Worth the price..especially cos i made few enquiries in shop and all of it were costly.. Flipkart offers best price plus many options to cloose from (varities). Next good thing is the heating coil or heater is not visible, cos long ago i picked one from morphy richards, the product was good bur difficult to clean within since it had a coil inside..we can use it as a jar on table but only drawback is small wire.. Its isnt long enuff to connect everywhere. But unlike others i hve not tried maki...

Good Product, Worth the money
I Use this when I Travel, instant and fast, makes availability of hot water easy and fast, no worries of shock and other stuff, well insulated. Very handy takes less place, and its just a size of Jug, easy to use, no complexities, pour water + connect to power and switch on as easy as that.

Excellent but...
The length of the wire is short and so it's one drawback. But wire is of very good quality. Rough and tough use... Very good performance.. Water heats within seconds automatic shut off is very good feature.. After some days of usage white powder is observed while heating water.. The Prestige company refused to rectify the problem and said that it is because of hard water and you just clean it.. Yet it isn't fully rectified... I can even show u the pics.. A good kettle for heating water..
I don't understand people ranting about this product online! This is a water kettle and it does that perfectly fine in quick time.. If you want to cook noodles, please look at something made for it!

The product is very good....doesn't consume much electricity and takes max 2min of time to boil 1.5 ltrs of water.
But....the wire is too short. Also the space between the handle and the body is very less and as the body gets heated up,so you might need to be a little bit careful when pouring the boiling water out. Except these two things,the product is worth a buy.
