Not a Grill, only sanswich maker

This is a good product as a sandwich maker. But it does not have the grill facility as the name wrongly suggests. The body gets heated easily and care should be taken while handling it. Also cleaning the product is not easy specially near the hinges where bread crumbs deposit very easily. Another disadvantage is that, it supports only a particular bread size.
