    About The Authors

    Kevin Otto is a professor and author. Kevin Otto did his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and his PhD from California Institute of Technology. Otto is currently an associate professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

    Kristin Wood is a professor. Wood has also co-written Tools For Innovation. Kristin Wood did his MSc and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from California Institute of Technology. After his doctoral studies, Wood joined the University of Texas as a faculty member. Here, he established an experimental and computational lab for research in engineering design and manufacturing. He was also a professor at the United States Air Force Academy. Wood is currently Head of Pillar and Professor at Singapore University of Technology and Design. He has more than 300 published works, and has won several awards for his research work. He has been presented with the ASME Best Research Paper Awards thrice, ICED Best Research Paper Award and many other awards.

    • Kevin Lane Keller is the E. B. Osborn Professor of Marketing at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. He received his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Cornell University in 1978, his M.B.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University's Graduate School of Industrial Administration in 1980, and his Ph.D. in Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 1986. At Dartmouth, he teaches an M.B.A. elective on strategic brand management and lectures in executive programs on that topic. He is acknowledged as one of the international leaders in the study of strategic brand management and integrated marketing communications. With more than forty published papers, his research has been widely cited and has received numerous awards.
