Assured help of 36 months for handles & 18 months for cylinders as a warranty against manufacturing defects. This handle set is also tested for more than 300,000 cycles. This mortise lock has a Premium virgin zinc and Brass build. It comes with a reversible brass latch with the brass deadbolt on one side and key operation from the other side. The Zinc alloy handle is fully reversible and can be installed on both sides of the door. The door locksets by Plantex are an excellent replacement or upgrading option with an auto-retraction mechanism & reduced noise in its handles. With the smoothest push & pull operation, It prevents the loosening of locksets even after hundreds of uses per day.
