Unsatisfactory
You cannot buy spare brushes or even any other consumables (side brush, mop, etc). Only through customer care can you send your product and change the consumables by paying extra for labor charges. Go for a vacuum that has strong spare support. No doubt a great machine but is crippled by lack of spare parts.

Robot stopped working after 5 days
Robot stopped working after 5 days. It's giving error "Error 10: Top LiDAR blocked/stuck" even though it is not blocked/stuck. I tried restarting many times still same error. :(

Writing this review after 2 weeks of usage.
Pros:
Cleaning quality is good, flat floors are great for this robot.
Strength of the Vaccum is good, at maximum suction is amazing.
Battery life is great, finishes up cleaning with more than 50% left.
Quality of robot chassis is very good. It is sturdy.
Good for daily Vaccum and occasional mopping.
AI or intelligence is good, nothing to complain.
This is a good replacement to maids.

Launch price deal was a steal on flipkart : it costed me 15k with all the card discounts and coupons.
Based on the price it is best available option in India
Roborocks s6 max and s7 are the good one and available here but their price is double in India.
In available option mi and realme are the best one with warranty available
Mi is charging premium price in India : mi mop is 12k in China but they are charging around 20k+

Expected a better product
Many youtubers are telling you have to purchase the mop kit separately , That's not true you will get mop kit along with it . So far so good and yes if you have table chairs then the vacuum cleaner will clean most of the area under the table but few area will be left. I already cleaned my whole floor and then ran it 2 days later , I just astonished to see such huge dust in collector box . Don't waste your money
First on the day when I bought this vacuum robot it worked flawlessly. Second day morning after power on, the lights kept blinking and nothing happened for a long time. Had to hard reset multiple times and then at some point it worked.
And then comes the main issue. Inserting water tank most of the times not recognised. It says dustbin inserted. And even though when it recognises sometimes, it doesn't use water while mopping. Dry mopping ( 😂 does it makes sense).

Waste of money!
A lot of bugs on this. Good product ,but needs more time on software development.
Issues -
1) Map keeps getting deleted on its own.
2) It randomly stops during clearing throwing an error code.
3) 2/5 times it cannot find the charging station even though it is right next to it
4) It sometimes follows then Y mopping path even though it is set to vacuum only.n
5) I did not receive the extra mopping pads with my product.
6) Sometimes, it goes through the same room 2-3 times before being mark...

A:If without dustbin you locked water tank it cannot be removable. Then you just find one small push hook underneath water tank black color one. Just push it and main lock will open. That's it simple

Q:How it works on realme link app as it's not connecting to wifi 5.0ghz as it supports 2.4 ghz
A:The new wifi routers usually provide two access points - one 2.4ghz, and one 5ghz (at least mine does). At some point I had lost one of the points; I got it fixed by calling internet service provider.

Q:I am getting Error 25 : Wipe your Cliff sensor and restart in a new position again and again. I have cleaned the sensor glass. Opened the robot and did everything. How to disable the sensor?
A:After cleaning the tank sensor please do switch off and switch on the robot. Hope this works

Q:How much sft can it mop with it's 300ml of water?
A:Capacity is around 200+ ml practically, this gets consumed while completing 300 SFT of mopping. Hence i do multiple filling for my 1200 SFT. ( by removing the tank, filling and fix again ) to continue
