Did not meet expectations
I purchased karcher WD3 in Dec 2020, warrenty period not yet over but switch is not working properly. I raised my issue on 23rd July, I have spoke with customer care team and technical team more than 10times but no one visited my place to resolve the problem till date. Very worst customer support faced in my life.

Wonderful
Using for 2 days, performance is good. Best thing, you can manage to put all attachment within its setup, no extra space needed. 1 star less for lesser attachment (can provide more useful attachments) and no extra dirt bag.

I have been using this product for past 3 weeks there is no issues in machine and here is my review
Pros
1. All accessories can be placed in machine itself (Always ready to use)
2. Dry Floor Cleaning it's work well (Cleans up minute dust) and has good grip
Cons
1. Bag are not reusable we have to keep buying
2. It has little louder noise
Wet cleaning is okay ..!!
If Cleaning brush for sofa and bed is given it would have been great !! But overall wise pro...

loved it,good quality plastic and suction power is great for the price ,Great packing from flipkart and delivered without any problem,filter and other accessories are available online for replacement,i think sound is lesser compared to other vaccums,it can run more than 12 min continuously that i didn't used more than ithappy with the purchase and Karcher-A big thanks for a great product.

A:yes it has hepa filter paper bag which needs replacement every time it gets full and new bag cost around 500 inr.

Q:can we use without the dust collector bag which is provided along with the kit?
A:For wet cleaning you need to remove the filter and dust bag first. But you can't use it without filter and bag for dry use. Don't worry because one dust bag will last around 6 months for 2bhk house.
