Cons:
1. Pureit support doesn't exist in reality, nobody will pickup your phone, nor they reply for emails
2. Installation guy broke my tap, did half job and left, and I had to bring in a professional plumber to fix it, meanwhile they updated that installation is completed
3. Installation guy took extra 200rs quoting as distance charge
4. Tap of this filter is flimsy, it'll definitely break in 2 months
