Tried green one and these are called as Thera bands which are flat which are portable and you can carry to parks etc. Came with 5 pieces as shown in photo. For the price it's absolutely worth.
I am removing 1 star because it's small. We cannot hold one end with leg and pull using hand because it's small.
This can be used for leg workout.

This product has 5 bands, but does not specify the weight/pound measurements of each band.
The bands are too short, so only minor exercise possible.
Even the black (heaviest/hardest) band was too pliable.
Can be used as a plaything, not for serious exercise or physiotherapy.
This product deserves zero stars, but giving one because Flipkart was efficient in delivery and returning the product.
