I have always been an Adidas user but this time I thought of trying a different brand for a change.
These shoes are good for minimal walking/running. I would not advice these shoes if you walk for more than 2 Kms a day. With heavy walking or running you might feel strain near the soleus muscle and ankle pressure.
If you are buying for non-sports purpose, like wearing with jeans or casual party these shoes would be a good choice but certainly not for heavy walking or running.

Q:is it a sneaker or a running shoe?
A:More of sneaker than running shoe. But you can use for both purpose though. They are quite lighter but do not give tight inner grip to that of conventional sports shoes.
