- taste of copper charged water isnt that good. My brother likes it though. I prefer RO water stored in copper bottles.
- maintenance is a bit on a higher side as i came to know after buying the product.

Update : the service cost is on the higher side. Adding to it the service of HUL is not satisfactory. Consider these points before buying this product
