Her adaptation of Jai Shankar Prasad’s Hindi play Ajatasatru was staged in Delhi University some years ago. Rupa Srikumar lives in Mumbai. Their son S. Shankar is a filmmaker and screenwriter, and their daughter Rohini is a Hindustani vocalist and social scientist.
