This protein is one of the best i ever took. Its taste as well as efficacy is best. It let me gain a lot of muscles in vert short period of time. The scoop size is a lil too big for me cuz i hv been using ON since a long time.
However, its absolutely fine.
The thickening agent used in this protein is i guess a lil too mch, i dont like too thick shakes. Hence i add more than 250mls of water to it as per my taste.
Its also on the sweeter side, however kindly note no sugar is used rather artificial sweeteners are used.
Mixes very well 💯
No bloating or gastric issues.
Easy to digest.
