    Not recommended at all

    It's a pathetic product. 95% of the time the app doesn't show the video after door bell is activated. This is even when wifi router is next to the unit. It keeps ringing on its own and is very annoying, have to restart the unit everyday!

    The battery operated chime needs 3 AAA batteries and draina out in just 2months

    Support is worst.

    A:It uses WiFi for connectivity on the phone (has an APP), power supply is via the same power cable that goes to the bell (you will need to add a neutral line as the bell is mainly your main line)
