not good
they sent me the missing rod and some washer which makes me not to return the item but
they can still improve replacing the tightening knots and bolts with non tightening locks where weights are put - there are 3 places where tightening knots/ bolts should NOT be because if you tighten them you can not pull the weights and if you leave them loose then the knots and bolts kept coming off. they should have this sorted with design in the first place.
