Mr C. D. Aniruthan was born in the temple city Madurai. Throughout his schooling in Madurai the spark of verse writing did not touch him. It was a turning point when he shifted to Mayiladuthurai for his graduation. The hidden latent talent erupted like a volcano brimming with energy pensive in thoughts when Mr John Sabastin the profeesor of tamil gave the task of an assignment in writing tamil verses. The poet mused in silence for a minute and there flowed verses line by line on different themes numbering to 10 and 5. The poet then tried his hands in writing English poems. And there devoloped the latent talent. He did his schooling in TVS Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Madurai and now doing his BA English in AVC College in Mayiladuthurai. He is also an orator and an artist.
