Value-for-money
The quality of the chair is good and the assembly procedure very easy. The only two drawbacks that I saw are, the chair is very noisy when I adjust my position or move it somewhere else. It does not have a back adjuster.

Bad product and Flipkart takes no responsibility for it!
Extremely poor quality, design and customer service.
The lower back support is not at all soft. It's a sharp piece of plastic constantly poking your hip.
The upper back support also has very sharp corners and indentations that dig into your shoulder.
Plus Flipkart doesn't let you return the product if you buy and try it out.
All the ratings on this products are probably fake. Flipkart does this a lot, so be careful.

Absolute rubbish!
Purpose of purchasing this chair is not fulfilled. This is not at all comfortable if you want to sit on this for a longer time. Just after 30 mins you will start feeling uncomfortable. Price is also very high. Better to invest 100 or 200 more and buy some nice and comfortable chair from shop.
So overall rating I am giving 1 as it does not meet my expectation.
