Covered in Warranty	1) The complaint is one due to manufacturing defect and that the tool has not been tempered with. 2) A claim is made at the time of returning the alleged defective tool to the distributor / Ralli Engineering Limited, Service station, authorized service center. 3) The tool is returned freight paid to such service station / center giving particulars of the date of purchase with the invoice copy of the distributor whom purchased.
Not Covered in Warranty	The warranty does not cover any tool which has been damaged or made inoperative as a result of misuse, accident, normal wear & tear or failure to operate and maintain in accordance with the instructions, a copy of which is given with the machine and / or available from the manufacture on demand. Warranty doen not include consumables like carbon brush, bearing etc.
