  • Description
Reading the Margins is a compilation of scholarly articles attempting to engage the academia several questions like what is a margin? Or what is marginality? Who are the margins? Or who are in the margins? How has the center tried to subvert the history, culture and literature of the Margins? And how the margins are forging towards the center and carving out a space for themselves, a space for history, culture and literature of their own. This book highlights various kinds of marginal groups: the Blacks, the aboriginals, Dalits, Tribes, religious minorities, sexual minorities, and disability. Discourses built on these issues, surely this book is an attempt to create a society with equality, truth and justice
