A few years ago, German private broadcasters showed a report that, with Reiki, Christina Aguilera had reduced her weight. This exploded the requests in my Reiki practice. Many people who had tried everything, but still had not gotten their weight under control, wanted to emulate the Star. In the meantime, many of my clients actually succeeded in reducing their weight significantly through the Reiki diet. Most were also able to maintain the weight they reached. This book is for those who suffer from obesity and demonstrates how they can reduce their weight long term. At the same time, I want to show this path to other Reiki masters.
