For instance, AI could analyze patterns in employee data to identify factors that contribute to higher productivity or pinpoint areas where psychological interventions might be beneficial. Influence of Working Robots on Labor Psychology From a behavioral economics standpoint, AI can help identify and quantify biases or irrational behaviors that might affect worker productivity. By analyzing data on decision-making processes, motivation, and response to incentives, AI can provide a more nuanced understanding of labor psychology than traditional methods.
