    A:Robsync Metal door lock works with 12V/2A DC Adapter. If power is cut off nothing will happen,lock will remain as it is.You will still be able to operate the lock manually from inside knob

    Q:Planning to install it on the inside of the metal swing gate and may need welding to secure it in place, is this possible? Battery changing/ charging- how to access after welded/screwed to gate?
    A:It is not battery operated, it is DC 12V/2A Adapter based door lock. You need to have a power socket nearby your gate or else you can extend the length of adapter wire according for usage.

    A:It is an internet based lock , you can use it from anywhere ,even if you are outside your house as well. Mandatory requirement that lock should be connected to your WiFi.
