It's not that bad product,but it's capacity of protection is low that we can hear every single sound but with some reduction just like when we hear outside sound through a power offed headphone ,I brought it for studing but it's not useful for that .I think it is not that bad for heart patients so it's worth for its price anyone can afford it for very low reduction of sound

Great product
It's a perfect fit for ears. Keeps out all outside noises. While wearing, you may feel a suction of air. But if you press cheek side of the ear piece while wearing, you can avoid this. Do it on both earpieces. Worth for its price. It's sturdy too.
