A Textile graduate with a diploma in Fashion Design, Mamta Sehgal spent 20 years of her career mostly on the academic side of the fashion industry, along with some freelance designing projects and a stint in the Export House, working in the capacity of a designer. She further diversified her profile in 2009 by delving into Retail Management with Emaar-MGF. Apart from this, she had been on the panel for NIFT, UG and PG admissions on behalf of AIIMA for five years.
Destiny introduced her to The Bhagavad Gita, which changed her outlook towards life. Her extensive interest in reading became the foundation stone of her writing journey. She came across Inner Voice, a spiritual editorial section in Hindustan Times, got motivated to get her thoughts together and contributed to the column with her own writing, leading to over 20 articles being published in various prominent media over a period of three years.

"Rooh" - "Rumi" and "Silence". This one is the gem and direction to the path. Soft silence in corner of heart. Feel and relax. Thank
