Screws are not alligned with chair base.back rest screws are not getting tight properly.up down leaver cover is made of cheep plastic and it was broken so hydraulic operation is very difficult.

Utterly Disappointed-Base Broke in less than 5 Hours of use.

Base broke in less than 5 hours of use, just after the return period is over. No response to the email sent to the Rose chairs support email. Complete waste of money.
