Useless product
Not accurate at all. Bought for my mother. The readings are off by more than 30%. For example if her blood pressure is 180/100, in this machine the reading is 130/70 which is ridiculous. Don't buy health related products without consulting the doctor like I did.

A good product
The product looks elegant and works fine. Rossmax is a renowned International name in Health care products. However it has very limited number of service centers in India. For the whole of Delhi city, there is only one service center.
