Excellent buy!

Purchased this two seater recliner couple of weeks back. Though the delivery date showed 2-3 weeks, the product was delivered to me within a few days in Bangalore. After placing the order, received a courtesy call from the Chennai center thanking me for the purchase. The product was delivered with minimal fuss by the delivery guys. Kudos to them. Worth every penny

I got it under discount at 23K and it is worth every penny. With rocking, revolving its really good. I had similar recliner earlier which gone bad after 5 years which i bought locally from Kirti Nagar. This one keeps up to mark. I got it even cheaper than local one and that too with free delivery so was a steal deal.

Quality is excellent. Was very delayed in shipping but was worth waiting. Installation guy was humble and very carefully installed the recliner.

Could be way better

returned the product as there was moderate damage.. no replacement given instead they just refunded the amount. transport damage was the issue mainly but they should have honoured the replacement. quality was good but damage was unacceptable.
