Bad quality

I would have given it one star, but it actually made me go through the hot summer, thought it came with a lot of trouble. I first bought one, and it started malfunctioning soon after. Since, it was comparatively cheap, I bought another one, hoping that it will last atleast for the summer season. But soon the second one also started malfunctioning, and I even got a shock once from the switch.
