Pretty good
Works fine for me. Only suggestion for people who have given negative reviews is "don't turn on the power until the heater is completely submerged in water. If glass is hot and you put it in water then it will brake 100%

A:Automatic! Temperature has to be set manually, after that the heater thermostat maintains the same temperature by cutting off power supply as the set temp is achieved. Powers on as the temp falls.
