The product is exactly as displayed.
Beautifully finished.
The wrist support is soft yet firm. Wrist support is gel like substance and NOT FILLED WITH FOAM like some other cheap products available.

A really good quality product indeed.
About the product..
Pros :
It's made from real high quality material.
The cushion which is filled with gel is soft and a bit firm at the same time.
Mouse works perfectly smooth on it.
The material below has a good grip and most improtantly it doesn't stink like burnt rubber which all the mouse pads do.
You just don't get this good quality mouse pad at this price.
Cons :
None.

Value for money

Good one..
I ordered this product on 5th November and got it today.. that is 8th November.
Mouse pad is good.. Just started using it.. I used to get hand pains so I ordered this. Looks like its smooth even though it has some gel in it.
Overall a good product.

So far so good
It is good comfort to your wrist if you use the mouse for long durations.
The gel feels nice soft touch.....I will have to see how long the softness last.

Saved my wrist

Good, but has a contagious smell of gel
I used the product and it feels ok.
Pros:
1. Gel pad provides a comfortable rest for the wrist. Also provides a cooling of sorts.
2. The pad is of a very premium finish.
3. No mouse fluttering found even at the edges.
4. Was able to place it on my bed and use it without much hassle.
Cons:
1. A scent emanates from the gel pad, supposedly of the gel. It seems there are pores on the surface to allow the gel to come in contact with the wrist for a cooling effect. But this causes part of the gel...

Comfortable!
The product is good for the wrist and provides nice cushioning. A more firmer base would have been good. It tends to roll up on the left top. There is a sticker like bottom but who would want to stick their mousepad in one place.
