It is not washing that fast like semi automatic. Also the rpm mentioned in flipkart is 680 but the samsung engg told it is 400. Which is very bad. Look wise it is good and compatible in small place. I will suggest to check other models and compare with the performance.

He even suggested me to use liquid detergent instead of dry powder detergent
This model is very plain and simple in terms of both looks and features no fancy stuff which is good
Machine runs smoothly literally no sound if you are 6feet away....
It's a true value for money product..
Only con- backside of the machine could have been designed without gaps... I don't know it was intentionally for air

Product is fantastic. Filpkart delivery is also on time.
But the response & behaviour of installation guy is very Bad, totally unprofessional.
He said, why we provide proper service nd response, if u purchased the product from flipkart. Talk with flipkart.
We provide better service if you will purchase from local Samsung store/ any showroom.
Never expecting such response from Installation team.
