Delightful
After use of one week, cooling is very good in very short time and feature is also very good, behave of technician is also nice but major issue with installation charges of materials, company charge me Rs. 9000/- for installtion which is beyond my expectation and not satisfying at all with the same. Company need to see this for future else customer will be very upset like me.

Price wise this item is fantastic, also cooling is superb , I can't express about energy efficiency as there is solar system at my home so I can't estimate .it's wifi enabled so I can control it's from anywhere which is superb as I start the ac 15 minutes before reaching home and I got cooled hall as I reach home . A:Alloy.Normally Copper condensers are better than Alloy. But in this product, Samsung uses a Technology called Durafin which uses multiple chambers for cooling, in fact is the best Technology till now.

A:No. But it does go up to 30°C . So that should be enough during winters. Unless you're trying to barbecue things with your AC.
