Perfect product!
It takes lots of time to wash and dry. My mom is very angry. Semi automatic is fast but yes work to move from wash to dry cabinet. But top load is v slow process 50-90 mins to wash 3-5 kilos of clothes.

Must buy!
Samsung Product was nice , but I strongly recommend to not buy Jeeves services, Instend of Jeeves service I suggest extend Samsung warranty. From last 3 months my issue was not resolve just think about it

I have been using it since February 2024, but till now no issues except you can't wash big blankets and comforters.
