Wonderful
My father's desktop came with a 1TB HDD and this has been a massive step up in every way.
Installation was simple except for the fact that we didn't have spare screws. We ended up using one of the screws holding up the HDD. Once installed, we used Macrium Reflect to clone the the contents of the HDD into this and updated the BIOS so that it booted the SSD instead of the HDD. The whole process was over in a couple of hours.

Best in the market!
This SSD is very fast, I was getting read speed of around 2400 mbps and write speed of 2000.
It is different from the Samsung 970 evo plus in that it does not have a DRAM cache and uses Host Memory Buffer which means it caches it's data in your computer's RAM. (the 970 evo plus has 512 MB of DRAM)
It's a very good SSD indeed. Well done Samsung!
If you don't mind a dram less SSD then go for it and save a few bucks; the performance is just as good

Fabulous!
This SSD is really good and very fast. After 2 failed attempts, finally I migrated the Windows OS from my Toshiba hard disk to Samsung SSD using Samsung data migration software. It took approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to unlock the bit locker before the migration begun. If you don't know how to do this, just follow any popular YouTube video.

As I'm already using hard drive, upgrading to ssd is a big upgrade. The ssd is very fast it just booted in about 4 sec. I didn't even know that my laptop (hp dp1069au) has m.2 slot but fortunately it has one
I upgraded with an extra 4 gb ram and now it is 8 gb and using the 1 tb hard drive as a storage drive. Very happy with this product. Must buy!

Best in the market!
Now my old turn- on in just 7-9 seconds.. never expected this because after upgrading my ram 4 to 12 gb it takes 40-50 seconds but SSD installation really boost my laptop speed.

Wonderful
I am using this SAMSUNG 980 250 GB SSD in my Lenovo Ideapad S145 Laptop. After installing this Laptop performance is fast and speed is far more better then previous condition. After press the power on the button within a fraction of second it is on and at a time several programs are running without any buffering.

Q:What is read and write speed.
A:3500/3000 for 1tb variant, and write speed starts dropping after SLC cache is full i.e 120gb in case of 1tb and less for lower models.
