Pros: Works as expected just like any other laptop in this price range. The Samsung touch does add to the comfort you expect, if you've Samsung gadgets.
Cons:
1. Pathetic battery life compared to other laptops in this price range with similar hardware and software optimisations.
2. Beware of White Color! Difficult to maintain in long term.
3. Doesn't come with Windows 11 Pro as the description says. Careful!

Q:Lot of people complaining about heating. Does it over heat in normal usage ?
A:In normal usage like browsing, it doesn't, but while doing some multitasking or gaming or a bit of a heavy task then it shows heating issues a lot.

A:There is only One SSD slot and is only upgradeable not expandable and only upto 1 TB and ram is soldered to motherboard so ram is not upgradable at all

Q:What is the battery backup of this laptop?
A:I use for work purpose with extensive use of MS suites and browsing and battery lasts upto 7 hrs.
If you are a gamer or planning to use this machine for heavy video editing then better go for a Pro 3.
