a so-so piece of talking
I will directly go to the pros and cons of it:
Pros-
1. Good value for money.
2. Nice build quality.
3. Very very easy to pair.
4. Stylish yet simple layout of buttons.
5. Fine talktime.
Cons-
1. Does not really fit in the ear properly. It rather hangs in the ear.
2. Voice quality is not so good.
3. Practically NO NOICE CANCELLATION. I tested it when i received it. The person on the other end could hear all the background voices very clearly.
4. No wind noise cancellation as well.

Good bluetooth device in 1305 price tag. Works fine with Samsung GT-S5360 Galaxy Y, Galaxy Y Duos and Wave Y. It can be bought without charger which will lower its cost and is available in flipkart. It can be charged by mobile charger(mini USB jack). Nice sound clarity with inteligent batery charge indicator. Its degin is also good but it dosent set in ear perfectly. I am very much satisfied with this Bluetooth Headset. Good voice clarity and volume level. Very good battery life.
I have been using it with my Galaxy S II and it is working perfect. I have used it at some very noisy places and its voice clarity is good, could have been better like the ones Jawbone but that set comes with a good price tag.

Decent product at low cost
Pros: Good voice clarity. good battery backup.
Cons: No volume control on headset. it has a button which dials last number again. This may be done accidentally while handling the headset.

Value for money
This headset is real value for money bluetooth headset with dual pairing option which is very useful these days with people having two phones, so overall a great headset within the budget. As of flipkart delivery and packaging was just awesome as usual.
