the product is excellant.
i have seen many laptops in my hostel.
after comparing with hp,acer,tosibha, lenova, i feel samsung laptop is better than others
with this model i am completely satisfied for my designing works, and to watch movies as well as playing games
to compromise multimedia buttons please unlock by pressing fn lock button and u can use multimedia buttons without using the two keys
no usb 3.0, not required for me.
