Simple Usage

Offering easy application, this primer involves a straightforward process, so you can start by sanding and washing the part using P320 sandpaper. Apply one to up two layers of Samurai U19 primer and allow it to dry. Once dry, sand again with up to 800 or 1000 grit sandpaper and wash. Apply up to two layers of basecoat colour, followed by up to two or three layers of top colour coat. Finish with up to four layers of top clear coat to achieve a glossy, well-protected surface.

Usage Instructions

Sand and wash the part to be painted using P320. Spray Samurai U19 primer (1 - 2 layers). After the primer has dried, the surface must be sanded again with 800/1000 grit sandpaper and washed. Spray basecoat color silver or white (2 layers). Spray the top color coat (2-3 Layers). Spray the clear coat using Samurai 2K01 Top Clear Coat for the best glossy finish and good protection for your motorcycle. (4 Layers)
