Courtesy of a straightforward application process, this spray paint is easy to use. Begin by sanding the surface with 320-grit sandpaper and water to create a smooth base. Apply 2K04 primer and allow it to dry for 1 hour. Follow with above steps later letting it dry for up to 15-30 minutes. Then, spray the desired colour, allowing it to dry again for up to 15-30 minutes between coats. Finally, apply up to 3-4 layers of 2K01, waiting 8 minutes between each layer, to achieve a glossy, protective finish.

Usage Instructions

Sand and wash the part to be painted using P320. Spray Samurai epoxy primer (1 - 2 layers). After the primer has dried, the surface must be sanded again with 800/1000 grit sandpaper and washed. Spray basecoat color silver or white (2 layers). Spray the top color coat (2-3 Layers). Spray the clear coat using Samurai 2K01 Top Clear Coat for the best glossy finish and good protection for your motorcycle. (4 Layers)
