Purchased in October 2020 during the sale. Got at a discounted price. Design is compact and looks very elegant. Does what it is suppose to do, please do not try to compare with high ends geysers. Quick heating time, max 10-12 mins in winter to get the water completely heated and continues flow of hot water. Good for bucket bathing, did not try with shower. Cut off works fine. Comes with connecting pipes. Very easy to install, I did it myself. Before making the purchase I did quite R&D and man...
