Aspirations, Friendship and Promises...
Another of those believable novels with relatable characters with very easy writing and lots of humour moments thrown in for good measure....I finished this in 3 days; it was hard to put away!
It is a story of Anjali Kapadia, a 37-year-old widow who is struggling to save her sari shop in New Jersey (Mini India) from going bankrupt and then how 2 men storm into her life and change it forever! It is a very poignant romantic tale and tells a lot about the lives of Indian-Americans...

I could finish this book in a long time.This was not much interesting for me as I am an admirer of this novelist. Any way it was an interesting novel but it all depends on the reader how he admires the fiction .

A nice story about a widow who is too scared to fall in love; however bold enough to acknowledge her needs and fulfill them silently. Once I started this novel, it was difficult to put it down. The flow of the story was nice and the characters were believable.

Very Nice Reading
Very touchy & warm book. Joyfull reading & somhow could not leave without finishing it. Characters are so real & emotions explained are also very touchy.
People who do not enjoy raeding realtionship will not not enjoy this book. Its purely on relationships & dynamism of relationships; how it changes !
