the upper bigger arm attached to base bends very slightly, when the TV is in cross position.so ur tv position looks like in slope position.

Good product but with slight tilting issues
It's a really good and sturdy product. The only problem is that the TV gets misaligned when the arm is rotated or extended to any other position. In normal position, it looks fine. But suppose I bend the arm leftwards and extend the TV, the TV gets misaligned and looks quite tilted. But from the other position (rightwards), it looks pretty okay. Still a little tilted.
So I think the arm is not properly constructed. The TV is also is not vertically parallel to the wall. The TV is slightly bowe...

Cheap and sturdy
This mount is perfect for the cost, even the fasteners which are supplied were beefy and strong. Can't go wrong with it.
Just a small problem is that the TV tilts forward just a bit slightly when mounted. If you want the tv perfectly vertical, just take a couple of washers and place them between the backing plate and the wall under the bottom two screws. This technique will counteract the tilt.
