Summary Of The Book

Geronimo Stilton is a successful rodent from New Mouse City, where he works as a writer at The Rodent’s Gazette. Although not adventurous by heart, he has the uncanny ability to get sucked into a dangerous adventure once in a while.

In this book, Geronimo has truly had enough of the scorching heat of his town and just doesn’t know what to do. When his friend Petunia Pretty Paws comes to his rescue and invites him for a much needed vacation at splendid Whale Bay, Geronimo’s sense of relief knows no bounds and he readily accepts.

However, things begin to go unexpectedly wrong at this holiday and Geronimo finds his fortune growing sour. Geronimo and Petunia discover a great white whale that is in urgent need of help, and once they see an adventure lying in wait, the vacation doesn’t look so horrible anymore.

Will Geronimo and Petunia be able to save the mighty whale? Will this really be an adventure of a lifetime for the two?

Elisabetta Dami, who goes by the pseudonym Geronimo Stilton, is a writer and co-owner of the publishing company Edizioni Piemme, from Italy.
She is the writer of the acclaimed Geronimo Stilton Series.
