Q:Will the colour work on dark hair without bleaching
A:9-98( burgundy) : no.it won't lift/ lighten than your existing shade, will just deposit the clr. will show up only on virgin hair with 30 vol (lengths) & 20 vol for roots. NOT on black dyed hair

A:The colour will be visible on black hair but very little effect. For actual colour hair must be lighter like brown or grey. you can use Igora Schwarzkopf Oil developer for the colour.

A:Yes, u will see the difference of blonde shade on your total hair. I used 1:1.3 ratio of developer and got good result.
