When we did yoga in MA, there was no book by subject at that time. When we prepared the notes, there was a facility for the students who came forward. Our written notes become the basis of study for the students. We did not stop the study. As a result, some new points were reported. Those points are taken in this book. This book contains the entire syllabus in questions and their answers. Also, point-wise answers have been written for exam preparation. Apart from this, an attempt has also been made to include complete knowledge of the subject in it. With this, the book has also become useful for the experts of Pranayama.
