Summary of the Book

Mita Ramphul belongs to a typical Indian family and she cannot attend another family gathering without her relatives badgering her about getting married. In order to divert her family’s attention, she introduces the stunning, suave and devastatingly handsome, Tanay Devkumar, as her boyfriend to her family. Tanay and Mita despise each other initially, but things start to change between them. After spending time with Tanay, Mita finds herself always thinking and fantasizing about him. Mita was completely unaware of the effect Tanay was having on her and had never felt this way before. She finds herself immensely attracted to Tanay. The story proceeds from the plush locations of Mauritius to the crowded streets of Delhi and Calcutta. Does Tanay feel the same for Mita? Will she be able to confess her love for Tanay?
