This is not Regular Fit at all. Though the product name clearly says 'Regular Fit', but its not. Tag stitched to the pant, clearly says its "Navigator Fit - Ultra Slim" as opposed to Regular Fit.

Cheap trick to sell such a product - Not expected from Flipkart.
