Ultrasonic Oxygen Analyzer Product Introduction: ?RP-01 ultrasonic oxygen analyzer is a measuring instrument. It has been developed for use with PSA oxygen concentrators to measure oxygen concentration, flow rate and outlet pressure. ?The RP-01 does not need to be recalibrated. ?The oxygen concentration measurement is based on the different sound propagation times in oxygen and nitrogen. For the flow measurement, different sound propagation times in the flow direction and against the flow direction are evaluated. ?The pressure measurement is carried out by means of a pressure measuring cell. Notes: ?The service life of RP-01 is more than 5 years. ?The product detects the gas output from the concentrator only. ?You must remove the humidifier bottle prior to connecting the analyzer to the oxygen concentrator. ?The RP-01 features a built-in rechargeable battery. ?The RP-01 and all accessories that comes into contact with oxygen should be kept free of oil and grease. ?Do not smoke or expose to fire during use. ?When not in use, keep in a cool dry place. Do not leave in locations exposed to excessive heat, such as car. ?If the device has been stored at temperatures below 5°C, the device must be adjust to the room temperature, otherwise malfunctions may occur. Only measure at room temperature. ?Use a damp cloth to clean the surface with a small amount of alcohol. Do not spray with alcohol in case it enters the pipeline. Do not immerse in water. ?RP-01 should only be used by trained technicians. It is not intended for use by patients, nor to continuously monitor oxygen therapy delivery to patients. Please note that oxygen concentrators require routine preventative maintenance and repair.
