Good HDD
This drive is a hybrid drive. It comes with 8 GB flash memory that caches most commonly used files and then serves them from the flash memory instead of HDD.
Only the cached files provide SSD like speed. Files that are not cached are loaded at regular HDD speeds. Note that there is no way to configure which files sit on the cache, HDD firmware algorithm will pick the files based on usage and it can take up to 3-5 times/loads/boots for it to understand and cache. Pricing is high
Flipkart ,Your Price is way too much than what i found in the local market. the opposite was supposed to have had happened but it's really unfortunate. Also the MRP mentioned is wrong i think. In the local market the dealer told me a price of 2 TB SSHD Seagate @ Rs. 7200 and 4TB @ Rs. 11000 . So it was very first price. The Bargaining is still to be done !!!
So according to me it should be around 6900-7000 and the later to be near 10000.
So please check it and do something....

same like speed simple hdd
same speed on all working.......just boot your computer so fast....data transfer 70-100 mb...
not for hard working like video editing ...high end game...i refer to wd black...or buy ssd....

i could not differciate between this and Seagate SSD 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (SSHD 3.5
both Seagate SSD 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (SSHD 3.5 and Seagate SSHD 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DX001) are there on flip card ... capacity and other features are both same almost what i have seen but why there price difference ?
