Amos 3:7: “Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants, the prophets.” Remarkably, a servant is called while still in its mother’s womb. God calls servants and prophets even before they are born. A servant receives revelations and directions from the Lord for our benefit so that he or she may see into the future and foretell coming events so that the world may be warned. Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commandments I have given you.
